Beth Ann brings a fierce energy and determination to the real estate industry. Outside of work, you may find her out and about with her husband, Trevor, her daughter, Brooke, and their dog, Oreo. Beth Ann is constantly on the go and always has the details for what is happening around Lancaster County. As a former New Jersey resident, one of Beth Ann's favorite places to visit is the shore. She also often spends much of her time serving the local community in Lancaster and the surrounding counties, through both board and volunteer positions. She is also passionate about serving in leadership roles with networking groups including Referral Partners Plus and Polka Dot Powerhouse. She is a fan of coffee meet-ups and lively conversation, and she welcomes opportunities to meet new people both in and out of the real estate world.

Having grown up in the Lancaster County area and attending Eastern Mennonite University to receive a Bachelor's in Psychology, Kate is thrilled to have settled down back in Lancaster County to work in the marketing field. Previously, Kate worked as a supports coordinator for individuals with disabilities, later taking a year off to stay home with her daughters. Since then, she has launched her own media and marketing small business, SophistiKated Creative Co, through which she provides marketing and media services to other local small businesses. Kate enjoys the variety built into every day of her job, between completing marketing tasks, photo shoots, creative design, web development, and social media management. There is never a dull day in this field, and Kate truly enjoys putting her psychology degree to use in order to best showcase her clients and the work that they do. ​ Kate lives with her husband, their two daughters, and a host of pets in the Holtwood area. While she is often kept busy by the zoo that she calls home, she is an avid reader and is always up for an outdoor adventure. She is a fan of traveling and, of course, prefers to take her camera along for the journey. Kate has a knack for storytelling through a lens and, though she often photographs homes and other spaces, she has a soft spot for branding and portraiture photography, because getting to hear people's stories is, by far, one of her favorite things.
